Join as a CS Trainee

This presents a remarkable opportunity to embark on a learning journey with a rapidly growing organization that specializes in delivering compliance services, business advisory, and expert guidance on matters associated with Business law, Company law, IP, and taxation.

Role Description:

As a Trainee at Prakasha & Co., you will receive the necessary leave as per ICSI standards while being trained to handle a diverse range of responsibilities for our clients. Your role will encompass:

1. E Filing, GST, Minutes, Roc IPR, and Tax Matters:

• Filing various forms with Roc/ IT/ IP etc.
• Assisting in audits and preparing reports.
• Ensuring the enhancement of the quality of deliverables.

2. Companies Act Compliance:

• Proactively engaging in client interaction.
• Building and nurturing strong client relationships by visiting clients regularly or maintaining continuous contact through online channels.

3. Networking:

• Actively participating in networking activities to identify potential leads and business opportunities.

Trainee Profile:

We are seeking individuals who meet the following criteria:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
• Completion of EDP training from ICSI.
• Holding any Degree is ok.

Preference will be given to candidates residing in proximity to our office located at Sahakarnagar, Jakkur, Yelahanka.

Stipend:

The stipend offered will be as per ICSI standards applicable on that date.
