Looking for a Legal partner in Bangalore.

Prakasha & Co, a legal, CS, and tax advisory firm in Bangalore, is looking for a talented and dedicated individual to join our team as a Legal partner. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a growing organization that specializes in providing legal advice, business services, and expert guidance on matters related to Business law, Company law, and CPC and CrPC matters.

Duties and responsibilities

• Connect with clients and handle all legal-related services to business, compliance, trademark, notices, filing, and licenses
• Understand client business requirements and draft and file documents/applications.
• Resolve problems by clarifying the customer’s complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; and following up to ensure resolution. 
• Collaborate with all stakeholders to ensure all queries with dependency on other teams are closed with appropriate resolution and in a timely manner.
• KPIs such as Monthly Service Completion Targets and Client Satisfaction Scores should be met as per SLA.
• Managing service process and record-keeping of client interactions and activities in our database CRM.

Qualifications & requirements

• LLB Graduate with 1 to 5 years experience, willing to spend a minimum of 2 years at the company.
• Good communication skills; both oral and written.
• Patient and have the ability to support our customer-centric work culture
• Punctual, reliable, patient, and willing to go the extra mile to succeed in the role
• Proficiency in corporate law, CRPC, and Cpc

Fixed: 20,000 per month fixed salary + performance-based monthly incentives

Performance Bonus: Monthly performance bonus of 40% of fixed based on meeting performance criteria
